If you forgot your password, please click Sign in > Forgot password > Enter your account email address > Your password will be sent to the email address you chose for CleverPillow Account.

 

 Shopping


Step 1: Choose a item that you like and click the relative picture to enter item page
Step 2: Select your preferred size (if applicable) on the right hand side, and click“Add to Chart”
Step 3: Confirm the quantity and item on the Cart Page then click “Checkout” to proceed.
Step 4: At the Check-out page, you would be asked to indicate your shipping information and also select your preferred payment mode
Step 5: Click “Order Now” at the Check-out page

It's just that easy! You will be receiving an Order Confirmation email shortly after your order is placed, and will also be receiving an Order Shipped email once your shopping is shipped out of our warehouse to our delivery partners.

 Delivery Time


Once your order is confirmed, we will deliver your items in the fastest time possible! Order will deliver to courier company within 24hours after order confirmation and deliver to your address within 3 days. Most of the orders will be delivered within 2 to 3 days.

Free delivery will be provided if customer selects the following shipping methods.

Shipping fee for Hong Kong Address
‧Standard delivery – HK$30 for each order

Order will be delivered by S.F. Express, Yamato Logistics or TGX express. Selection of other courier company is not available at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

‧Please select order from the right hand corner (Mobile version at left) and login. On the Your Orders page, you can view the statue of order.

‧Check the statue of shipment.


On the Your Orders page,please select tracking number, a the real-time and detailed progress will be showed.


Cancel order and Refund
To provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, Fancy Rosy offers a simple, hassle-free 10 day free return policy.If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund. 

Please make sure you have read Return Policy before return an item carefully, and follow the instructions below for FREE returns:

Please read the following items carefully: 
1. Is the item within 10 days from the day you received it?
2. Are the tags intact and attached to the item?
3. Whether the goods intact, never dismantle the inner plastic bag products?
4. Is the item still in its original packaging?
5. Does the item fall into the list of non-returnable items, seen here?
6. Have you completed the returns slip, in clear, legible handwriting?
7. Is the item packed neatly and securely, together with the returns slip, ready to be returned?


The item remains in your care before it gets back to us. Please do ensure that utmost care is taken when preparing the item to be returned to us. Once you have checked that everything is in place, you are ready to make the return of your shopping back to CleverPillow.

‧If you want to cancel your order which is not in shipping statue, please call customer service in open hour, our customer service assistant will help you process immediately.
